RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your purchase from Laidley Shoez.  However, if for any reason your shoe selection does not fit correctly we are happy to provide a store credit or exchange provided that:

  1. You contact the store by phone\email within 48 hours of receipt of the stock to advise the reason for the return
  2. Must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the stock
  3. Must be in a new condition, unmarked, unworn\unused with all tags still attached in original packaging with the shoe box intact.
  4. You are responsible for the postage costs in returning your purchase to us.

Please note that Returns can also be made instore.

Refunds will be provided in the event that the stock is damaged and\or faulty.

Bags, Jewellery and gift vouchers are not eligible for a credit, refund or exchange unless faulty (in the case of bags\jewellery).

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a credit, refund or exchange unless faulty.
